Please Read Before Continuing to our Order Section
Mashach edeavours to deliver excellent service and excellent prices. We however have laid down a few terms and condition for our online orders. We request all potential purchasers to familiarise themselves with the content.
Product Gaurantee:
Mashach products come with a money back guarantee. This guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Should your product be defective due to quality issues or a defective spray mechanism then you may gladly return your product for a refund or exchange, provided that at least 90% of the content is still intact. Clients who live far off can make use of our free sample program to test our products. Please test your perfume or product to ensure that you purchase the correct fragrance or product. Mashach will not exchange or refund clients who did not test our products prior to purchase.Please contact us via info@mashach.co.za to request a free sample. Further, ensure that all receipts accompany the product(s) to be returned; else your claim will be invalid.
Order Cancellations
There will be a 15% handling fee charged, on the total amount of any order being cancelled.
